NEWCNA issues newsletters via email & maintains an active private Facebook Group (430 members as of Q4 2025). Along with membership dues, advertising helps cover the cost both of neighborhood events and the maintenance of neighborhood items (signs, website, etc.). Of the 642 households in our community, 446 (about 70%) have signed up to receive our email newsletter.

One-Off / Event-based Advertising Rates:

• Method, size, and frequency of advertisement are up for negotiation.
• Example: A severe hailstorm hit our neighborhood in 2024. The neighborhood association accepted a commission (percentage of sale) based on successful customer transactions in turn for sharing the company’s pitch and contact information via both our newsletter and a series of Facebook posts.

Basic Annual Rates for Accepted Advertisers:

• $120 non-exclusive advertiser:
  • Your business card is included on our website and emailed newsletters.
• $400 exclusive advertiser:
  • Only one insurance agent, lender, attorney, realtor, etc. Restaurants are exclusive by cuisine such as Mexican, Greek, etc.
