Want to Advertise on our website and Newsletter?

NEWCNA issues monthly newsletters via email & our private Facebook Group. Along with membership dues, advertising helps cover the cost maintain neighborhood signs and events. Newsletters are distributed to nearly 30% of our 650 residents. This percentage grows as we capture more of our neighbor’s emails.

Annual Advertising Rates

• 120.00 non-exclusive advertiser
• 200.00 exclusive advertiser (only one insurance agent, lender, attorney, Realtor, etc. Restaurants would be exclusive by type such as Mexican, Greek, etc.

Advertisers may advertise up to ¼ page size monthly, and quarterly special advertising on a specific industry trends or topics.
